2. Purchase From us

 2.1 You can order any product by purchasing online. You will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an email confirming your order, and details of the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of the purchase order when we ship the product. We will send you an email confirming your order has shipped. When we ship the product, your purchase is concluded even if your payment is processed immediately, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or you have a cancellation on your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order for any reason, not limited to the following:
Where the goods are not available;
Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
If there is an error in the pricing or product description; Or
If you do not meet any eligibility criteria specified in the Terms and Conditions.

 3.  Pricing
3.1 Prices may be subject to change at any time and for any reason that Florina deems appropriate.
3.2 When you are charged, shipping and other fees will be displayed separately, and the appropriate prices will be displayed on the payment page.
3.3 We have taken all possible precautions to ensure that the information provided on this Website is accurate, in particular that the prices displayed are correct at the time of publication.

 4. ExceptCancel and Return Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by calling 00966 4 8456056 or e-mail ecom@florina.sa before we ship the goods to you, while the goods have already been shipped to you. Return the goods to us  return in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return the goods you ordered from us within 7 days from the date of receipt for the full amount after deducting shipping costs. Please note this is one of the terms of our return policy.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you the full amount of the amount paid  after deducting the shipping costs as required. After our inspection of the goods has been completed (usually within 72 hours of receipt). We will process your refund and present it  automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 10-20 business days after your credit card is submitted and transferred to your account. 

4.4 Rights to return goods to us as referred to in paragraph .

 4.5   The return request will be ignored if the goods do not meet the following requirements:

1- Shoes must be unworn.

2- It shall be in the condition as received,

3- Original packaging

 In order to be eligible for a refund.

The provisions of this Clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

If you breach any of the terms contained in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this site automatically terminates and you must destroy any downloads or printed extracts from this site.
