Return Policy

4.1 If you wish to return your order, you can inform us by WhatsApp at +966539390049 or e-mail iinfo@florinasa.com before we ship the goods to you, and if the goods have already been shipped to you, the return of the goods to us is back in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You may return the merchandise you have ordered from us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund after deducting shipping charges or the return from the product value. Please note that from the terms of our return policy.

4.3 Shipping charges and charges for payment upon receipt are not refundable.
4.3 Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid after deducting freight or a charge as required after our inspection of the merchandise has been completed (usually within 72 hours of receipt). We will process your refund and automatically present your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 10-20 business days after submitting your credit card and transferring it to your account.

4.4 Rights to return goods to us as referred to in paragraph.

4.5 A refund will be ignored if the merchandise does not meet the following requirements: Shoes must be unworn, in the condition received, and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund.

The provisions of this Section 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
