When we ship the product, the purchase contract is held even if your payment is processed immediately, unless we tell you that we do not accept your order or you have a cancellation of your order.

where we cannot obtain an authorization for your payment;

4. Cancellation and Return Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by calling 00966 4-8456056 or e-mail florin@florina.sa before we ship the items to you, and the items have already been shipped to you. Return the items to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You may return merchandise you have ordered from us within two days of receipt for a full amount after deducting shipping charges or for a fee. Please note that from the terms of our return policy.
4.3 Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid after deducting freight or a charge as required after our inspection of the merchandise has been completed (usually within 72 hours of receipt). We will process your refund and automatically present your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 10-20 business days after your credit card has been presented and transferred to your account.
4.4 Rights to return goods to us as referred to in paragraph.
4.5 Returns will be disregarded if the merchandise does not meet the following requirements: shoes must be unworn, in the condition received, and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund.
